Geraldine Bown is the founder and Managing Director of The Domino Consultancy Limited, a former President of the European Women's Management Development Network, the Vice President of the European Institute for Managing Diversity, Managing Director of Domino Perspectives Limited and Managing Director of Coaching Academy (Ireland) Limited.

Domino is highly regarded for their expertise in the area of establishing a strategic approach to Diversity as well as specific initiatives such as implementing equal opportunities and women's development. In the past eighteen years Geraldine has spoken at many national and international conferences. She has presented in Brussels, Zurich, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and Philadelphia. She has also co-authored three books written for women managers, published by Kogan Page which are now translated into Chinese, Spanish, Indonesian, German, Bulgarian and in the Czech Republic. She also co -authored one on managing home and work for BBC Publications which accompanied a BBC programme featuring her and her family.

Clients belong to both the private and the public sector and Domino's work includes presentations to Boards on the strategic approach to Diversity; delivering Diversity workshops, and workshops on all related issued around equal opportunities; producing leaflets and booklets for staff and managers on all aspects of implementing equal opportunities and bringing about cultural change; publishing training packages for delivering women's training; and helping organisations to introduce and establish harassment policies.

Geraldine's role includes building a global network of contacts in order to provide the most innovative service to global companies.

In the last ten years, Geraldine has become increasingly interested in the area of spirituality at work. She now includes modules on "Working From The Heart" and "The Spiritual Basis For Leadership" on personal development and leadership courses and speaks at conferences on the topic of spirituality in the workplace. She is committed to helping organisations to provide an environment in the workplace for nurturing the spirits of individuals through ceremonies and celebrations, dialogue groups and spiritual counselling.

Personally, Geraldine is a Reiki Master practitioner and in September 1998 was ordained as an Interfaith Minister.

George comes from an extensive background in training and consultancy reflecting 19 years running his own consultancy, delivering a range of training and consultancy services to the public and private sector. He is MD of Domino TDS Ltd and MD of Domino Consultancy Ltd (Ireland). In addition he is Co-Director of Coaching Academy (Ireland) Ltd. He is an NLP and Reiki Master practitioner.
